Sub-processors
BorgMark engages a small number of third-party processors (“sub-processors”) to deliver the service. All are established in the European Union or the European Economic Area and process personal data within the EU/EEA only.
This page is the canonical, versioned list referenced from Annex III of our Data Processing Agreement.

Changes to this list
We give customers at least 30 days’ prior notice before adding or replacing a sub-processor, by updating this page and emailing the account’s billing contact.
Customers may object to a change on reasonable data protection grounds within that 30-day period. If the objection cannot be resolved, the affected portion of the service may be terminated without penalty, with a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees covering the period after termination. The full procedure is set out in Section 7 of the DPA.
International transfers
None. All listed sub-processors process personal data exclusively within the EU/EEA. Should this ever change, the notice above will identify the relevant transfer mechanism (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) before the change takes effect.
